Delivers Power and Communication to Complete Cooling Solution Required in New 3D Packaging

PORTLAND, Ore. – Oct. 16, 2007 – OnScreen Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: ONSC), the leading provider of openly licensable advanced systems cooling solutions, today announced that it has acquired all proprietary rights to the WayFast™ power and communications management technology from financial partner CH Capital, an Alamo, Calif. company. The transfer enhances the strength of OnScreen’s patent portfolio and expansion of its technology roadmap to deliver a complete cooling and communications solution for 3D packaging.

WayFast technology, combined with OnScreen’s patented WayCool™ architecture, provides customers with a total solution to support their development of extremely small and powerful 3D packaging that can run cooler, faster and more efficiently than anything currently available on the market. OnScreen’s WayCool™ technology (Figure 1) is a complete, scalable cooling architecture that offers carbon, quiet fans and mesh arrays to enable fluid flow and enhanced cooling to address today’s “microwarming” crisis, the intense heat generated by advanced processors and systems. The WayFast patent (Figure 2) allows WayCool to act as both a communication and power grid for 3D arrays, offering a comprehensive solution for cooling, current and communications – what OnScreen refers to as “3Cs for 3D.”
