ONSCREEN ISSUES PROGRESS REPORT ON KEY GROWTH INITIATIVES

Industry Market Acceptance of WayCool™ as Disruptive Thermal Management Solution Gaining Momentum

PORTLAND, OR (BUSINESS WIRE) – January 10, 2007 – Russell Wall, Chief Executive Officer of OnScreen Technologies™, Inc. (OTCBB:ONSC), a leader in developing cutting edge thermal management technologies for integrated circuits and LED signage, today issued a formal corporate update on key developments and strategic growth initiatives currently being pursued by the Company.

Wall confirmed, “For the past several months, our senior leadership and engineering teams have been actively engaged in ongoing prototype testing, detailed application discussions and market partnership negotiations with several industry leaders who have expressed meaningful interest in WayCool™, OnScreen’s proprietary, thermal cooling technology that efficiently transfers heat at extraordinarily high rates to promote superior thermal management.  These potential ‘market partners’ include applications ranging from photovoltaic cooling, power supply cooling and computer server cooling – each addressing multi-billion dollar market opportunities.”

“First and foremost there has been marked progress with Thermaltake Technologies, the Taipei-based, global leader in Thermal Solution and Thermal Management for the PC and industrial markets.  As you may recall, last Fall Onscreen announced that Thermaltake and Onscreen agreed to collaborate on developing thermal solutions for high-end gaming technologies utilizing our WayCool technology.  Following OnScreen’s delivery of a custom engineered prototype, Thermaltake initiated a series of comprehensive tests to determine product compatibility, functionality and heat offloading capabilities,” said Wall.

According to Vic Chan, Thermaltake’s Director of Worldwide Product Development, “Throughout the testing process, the WayCool prototype persisted in meeting or exceeding our performance mandates and desired expectations.  There is no longer any doubt that WayCool is a disruptive technology, so we plan to advance and expand our relationship with OnScreen immediately.”

“With respect to gaining traction in the marketing of our RediAlert™ Rapid Dispatch Emergency Sign, OnScreen has spent the past several months focused primarily on developing and implementing customized training programs and marketing collateral for our newly formed national distributor network.  As we have discussed in previous announcements, it is and has been our intent to transform OnScreen into a licensing/distribution model, focusing on targeted sales through well-established market partners.  In November, we conducted our first comprehensive training session in Tampa, Florida with sales representatives from Florida-based Accord Industries and have since been working to support its direct sales initiatives targeting existing and potential customers of its Southern Manufacturing division.  Moreover, Gonneville & Associates, our West Coast distributor, is reporting that it has established a robust pipeline of potential customers in the state of California that could yield multiple RediAlert sales in early 2007.  These include applications in border control, traffic management and emergency response.  In addition, we continue to pursue several sales opportunities through OnScreen’s direct sales team, with recent concentration on international airports, college campuses and State government agencies.

“In closing, and on behalf of the entire Board of Directors of OnScreen, I’d like to thank our shareholders for their continued support throughout 2006.  We look forward to sharing many exciting details on our continued progress in the coming months as we make meaningful strides towards achieving notable success in 2007,” concluded Wall.
